Honduras Cafescor Organic (Unroasted)

This wonderfully balanced coffee is a blend of organic varietals from the CAFESCOR Co-op, located in the Copan region.  A 12-24 hour fermentation process before drying produces both bright and savory notes.  This is a washed coffee from an elevation of 1200-1700m. 

Cupping Notes: Chocolate, Cherry, Black Pepper, Chai Spice. High Acidity. Medium Body.

Varietals: Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, Ihcafe-90, Parainema, Obata

This is unroasted green bean coffee.
