Ethiopia Yirgacheffe (Unroasted)

This Ethiopian coffee from the Yirgacheffe region is extremely fragrant and complex.  It is a naturally washed coffee from 1800-2400m above sea level. 

Cupping Notes: Floral, Vanilla, Tea Rose and Chocolate.  Low acidity.  Medium body.

This is unroasted green bean coffee.
